Terms and conditions
Important Note: All bookings with Peachy Butlers are subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will become legally binding upon the acceptance of a quotation via email, phone, or letter combined with the payment of the agreed deposit.
When you accept a Peachy Butlers quotation, you will enter into a legally binding contract with us that includes the following terms and conditions:

Please note these terms and conditions apply to all Peachy Butlers staff.
Important: The job roles may vary depending on which service we have contractually agreed to provide and prices quoted on the website are for events within a 60 minute drive of the BS35 area in Bristol. Events further away need to be quoted for separately by making a request via email and supplying the postcode for your gathering.

1. Definitions
1.1. “Booking Date” means the date you accept our quotation whether your acceptance is made by email, by telephone or by letter and paying the deposit.
1.2. “Bank Account” means our bank account in the name of Peachy Butlers the details of which are specified in our quotation.
1.3. “Deposit” means the deposit specified in our quotation and referred to in clause 3.2 below.
1.4. “Event” means the event or function specified in our quotation.
1.5. “Event Date” means the date specified in our quotation for the event.
1.6. “Quotation” means our written quotation in respect of an event sent by us to you by email.
1.7. “us”, “our” or similar expression means the business trading as Peachy Butlers.
1.8. “you”, “your” or a similar expression means the person or persons we have spoken to and subsequently sent a quote.
2. Services
2.1. We will provide the number of staff specified in our quotation to provide butler services at the event subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Our staff provide the following services: meeting and greeting your guests, serving food and drinks, participating in agreed games you may have planned, posing for photographs with you and your guests and general hosting at your party.
2.3. While we will endeavour to provide you with a butler of your choosing, the selection of a butler to provide the butler services remains at our sole discretion. You will not be entitled to any refund or reduction if we are unable to provide the original butler specified.
2.4. Our Staff are self-employed independent contractors and are not our employees.
2.5. You agree to treat our butlers in a non-discriminatory manner. You also agree not request, encourage or (in so far as it may be in your control) permit any butler to do or omit to do anything at the event as follows.
2.5.1. which is unlawful or illegal; or
2.5.2. which is unsafe (whether to the butler or any other person); or
2.5.3. with which the butler is uncomfortable.
2.6. In the event of any breach of the clauses stated above, our butler will be entitled to leave the event immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund of any charges paid.
2.7 It is the responsibility of the person who has booked the service to provide a venue that is private for this female only event. The venue should be away from the public and attended only by guest who are over the age of 18.
2.8 In the event that you may book the wrong date or provide an incorrect address, Peachy Butlers cannot be held responsible. You will not be entitled to your money back or additional bookings free of charge.
2.9 Peachy Butlers retain the right to amend or cancel any booking. This includes changes to dates and times. In the unlikely occurrence that we do cancel a booking, customers may be offered an alternative booking time, date, or service, subject to availability. If we are unable to provide an alternative, a full refund will be issued.
3. Adult nature of services
3.1. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the photographs posted on our website at (add peachy butlers website link) and are familiar with the nature of the uniform which will be worn by our butlers at your event. All our staff are over 18 years of age.
3.2. You confirm that you and your guests at the Event will be 18 years of age or older and that your guests will not be offended or embarrassed by the extent of the nakedness of our butler (s).
3.3 Peachy Butlers does not accept any responsibility for any member of the event being under 18 years old. It is the sole responsibility of the lead booking name to ensure this criterion is fulfilled and to ensure all guests are female.
4. Payment terms
4.1. Our charges per butler are as per the quote sent to the booking lead.
4.2. A minimum non-refundable deposit payment will be required for all bookings, this deposit amount will be listed in the and may vary per activity. The remaining balance is due no less than 14 days before the booking takes place. If your booking is in less than 14 days, you will be required to pay the non-refundable full balance at the time of booking.
4.3. Please note that we will not confirm your booking until you have paid your Deposit.
4.4. Payments are to be made via the link in your confirmation email or by bank transfer. All major debit or credit cards are accepted excluding American Express. Additionally, we accept PayPal and bacs payments.
5. Changes
5.1.
5.1.1. If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £10.00 administration fee.
5.1.2. If you wish to modify the date of a booking more than 14 days prior to the event, there may be an administration fee. If you wish to modify the date of a booking less than 14 days prior to the event, then all monies paid are non-refundable and a new booking must be created.
5.1.3. If you wish to change the location of the Event there may administration fee.
5.2. If we can accommodate a change to the time, date or location of your event, the change will only be implemented after it has been agreed in writing and any the additional charge/fees have been paid.
5.3. If at any time (including during the event itself) you wish to extend the number of hours for which you require the services of the butler, you will need to contact us immediately (and if this happens during the event, you should contact us on the mobile phone number which is on your quote and on our website). If we can provide the additional hours, you agree to pay our charges for those additional hours. Payment for the additional hours should be made payable either over the phone or via bank transfer asap.
5.4 The number of guests stated at the time of booking is the minimum number of guests you will be required to pay for once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been received. Dropping numbers is not possible after a booking is confirmed. If you wish to add guests before your final balance is due, please call or email the office to advise us. If additional guests are added without prior consultation our butler will advise us on the night of the booking and an additional sum will be charged.
5.5 If for any reason you wish to cancel this booking, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. There will be an administration fee for any amendment made to your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking with less than 14 days until your event, then all monies paid are non-refundable.
6. “No shows” and delays
6.1. In the event that the butler is delayed in arriving at your event at the time booked, the period for which the butler will provide the butler services will be extended by the length of time for which he was late (and if this is not practical in the circumstances, we will provide a pro-rata refund of your payment to us but we shall have no further liability to you for any claims).
7. Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have any complaints about the services provided by our butlers, you should contact us as soon as possible (preferably during the event on the mobile phone number on your quotation) but in any event within 48 hours of the event date. We may not be able to deal with complaints made after this time. We require the person who booked our service to contact us, and your booking reference number will be required.
8. Exclusion & limitation of our liability
8.1. The provision of Peachy Butlers services excludes and limits certain forms of legal liability.
8.2. We do not accept any liability for any damages for disappointment or inconvenience; or
8.2.2. any special, consequential, or indirect damages or loss of any nature, which you and/or your guests may suffer, directly or indirectly, because of any breach of contract, negligence, tort or other default by Peachy Butlers or our butlers.
8.3. Where our liability is not excluded under the previous clause, then our liability is limited to the amount of the total charges paid by you to us in relation to the butler services concerned.
8.4. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sub-clauses, we accept no liability for any offence or embarrassment caused to you or any of your guests at the event by the nature of the uniform that our butler will wear at your event or any aspects of the butler’s nakedness.
8.5. The above clauses do not exclude or limit our liability for:
8.5.1. any death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8.5.2. any fraud on our part.
8.6. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.
9. Photographs
If you send us any photographs taken at the event you unconditionally and irrevocably agree that we may post those photographs on our or on third party websites or include these photographs in our brochures or other marketing materials. If you have not taken such photographs yourself, you agree that you have the unconditional and irrevocable agreement of the person who took the photographs to such use.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed in all respects by English law.
